Not people but maybe small organisms.
No! Absolutely not, you silly goose! All of the Martians live on Mars, not inside it!
You should read Richard C.Hoagland....and John Lear......they contend that there are millions of people living on Mars and other planets.....there was a picture released by NASA earlier this year of something jokingly called the "Spaceship"....it is a silhouette against the sun of something that looks just like a ship out of Star Wars.....
For the most part, asking "Is there life on mars now or has there ever been", The answer that there is anything
living there now is... most likely not. However, there are many anamolies on the planet to suggest that life did at one time exsist there at a very distant and ancient past.
Well I did visit there for a birthday party with Elvis and Bigfoot :p
Life on Mars did not get past the microbe state.
No. Mind you ... according to NASA Mars was ripe for the taking and colonizing. But that was back in the '70's and after we never got people living on the moon, as we said we would. The plan, then, was to use the moon as a launchpad for future and further discoveries. It just shows that although we can say we conquered space we didn't physically do much with it ... we're still sending probes and talking about possible life on Mars and yet we can't get the relative short distance to the moon and colonize it. Makes one think ... huh? :-)
The answer, of course, is no.
