Sometimes you must listen to one over the other. There have been many times that I have done something that seemed pointless to my mind but felt right to the heart and vice versa, which turned out to be the correct choice. Its all about learning to listen to the right one at the right time.

My father told me when I was in High School that I'd shoot myself in the foot, just to spite my nose. LOL!!!! I have always listen to my heart, the spirit guides me and my mind makes the life map that has served me well all my life. I am lucky that I seem to have stayed true to myself. My mind rarely tries to rule-it sees the wisdom given to it by my heart. Bless the Beast.

i used to be totally mind driven
then i learned how to sense and value my feelings
that became overwhelming for a while
now i am feeling driven
.................... but modified by my thought processes
and life is G R E A T !
