I just got questioned by Facebook as to whether I know a person whose last name is the same as someone on my email list. How does this info get shared? Is there no privacy?

maybe they're mutual friends? so it pops up to see if you know that person. it does it for everyone, i wouldn't take it so seriously.

They probably are relatives but neither is my Facebook friend...Facebook invaded my email account for the name.

There is no privacy. Welcome to..........well today!

I think so... FB is the most invasive. I send my dad emails from a yahoo email address and it attaches my FB profile pic! What... the... hell.. ?!

Exactly my point...what business does my email account have sharing my contacts?

Best Answer

They changed their format yet again! Now pretty much anyone can see your ****!

On FB I can understand it but my email should be insulated. Do they get EP stuff?
