    I am a listener and a talker and it depends on the person and situation on if I'm the first or second or third chance to them.

    I'll follow those who are wiser than myself, but for the most part I'm of independent thought. Saying that though I have found leadership at times thrust upon me and I have made the most of it.

    As far as giving people chances, yes I do but they are alway kept at arms length, a trial period if you will. If they step over to many of my comfort boundaries in to short of time, I have a hard time accepting them as a friend. Once in awhile though there are the people you click with instantly, it's rare with me but it does happen.

    In my group of friends we are all independent so I am not a leader or a follower. I am the listener the majority of the time and the forgiveness depends upon the offense. Some people I can forgive instantly--others I can't even conceive of it.
