Yes, a lot. I was far more busy, productive and creative during my college years. My schedule was something like :
Start off early in the morning after meditation and coffee.
Part-time Job No. 1. Steno.
Violin class or Computer Programming class.
Back home, breakfast.
College. Use every free moment there in the library, study groups, computer labs.
Evening after college at the Toastmasters club, Quiz club, Dramatics, Prayer meetings or College Magazine in turns.
On the way home, Part-time Job No.2. Book-keeping.
Snack and drink. Off for home tutoring, Job No. 3. One hour.
Vedanta class at a nearby place.
Optional hours, Part-time Job No. 4 in the night, catching up alternate days or weekends. Computer work. (Yeah, the DOS days).
Back at home by 10.p.m, have dinner,
SHOULD read a book atleast for 15 minutes and crash on the bed.
It was never stressful as one would think, though. Also, I was far more ambitious and felt responsible in those days than I am now, so that kept me on my toes. I have never owned a TV , so that was never a factor. Also, Sundays were relaxing.
In the later years, I guess, the corporate job and its cosy money somewhat relaxed me out. And then it relaxed me more and even more. And then, Computers and Internet, Hmmm... Things like EP, FB, movie downloads, **** are culprits somewhat.
I do fantasize at times, that I reach back to those energy levels and drive. But my current schedule is kinda average and fine too/ Although it's more erratic and unpredictable but it's relaxing in bouts. What used to be my default schedule has become a "ideal schedule" of aspiration, LoL, I have become that lazy.
Not lazy, just on pause.
I'm so lazy that the next step will be adult diapers. Lol
Accomplishing more with less effort... less averse to working hard for shorter intervals. I think it's a wash.
probably, I'd outsource my laziness if I wasn't too lazy to draft a request for proposal
yes, i don't have anyone else to clean up after.
Lazier than I was in my teens, but not nearly as lazy as I was in my 20's.
Yeah I am, I've gotta get out of that.
Nope. Never been.
Nah just better at not getting in trouble for it
Yes, I blame the internet. ;_;
