roarke09	Posted Oct 25th, 2009 at 3:43PM a tough question. when tomorrow makes you anxious, be more in today, stay in today, the moment, center yourself in the sensory moment. soon it will be tomorrow and it will start off where you left today. That's trying to handle a worse case scenario. Usually finding positive things around you and getting involved in the things that give you feelings of accomplishment no matter how seemingly small, in turn empowers you to look forward to a tomorrow.
