Pretty old fashioned. Love literature from the 1700s and earlier, believe love is the epitome of spiritual, intellectual and emotional connection, marriage is sacred between a man and a woman..things like that.

My views are ultra modern and perhaps futuristic, and my preferences are a mixed bag. I adore technology, but I can't be happy for long without nature.

you know, ordinarily i say that i'm not one for modulation, but i'm somewhere in between on this, stuck on the Gen X social conscience that we never acted upon, guilt over growing up with what i had, a sense life betrayed me by its very nature, torn between the craving to belong in a group and a desire for individuality. plus i hate mobile phones.

I am me. I do what I like, and what feels good. I could care less what the crowd does, or what the current fashion is. The Sheeple people can follow the herd where it goes. I'm going to do my thing. As long as I don't get too cold or too hot, and won't get arrested, I'm fine with that.

To be old fashioned is to be ultra modern these days because everything these days has fallen to the lowest common denominator where if someone feels something then it's held to be valid. How is that any different to how an animal operates? So modernity is profoundly primitivist.

i asked my friend about sending a letter of introduction ahead of her child who was staying at a host family house. She asked what is a letter of introduction. So I guess no one does this anymore so old fashioned.

I think I'm a good blend of both. I think most people are though.
