Yes, If I don't think it looks good on them I'll simply say That it is a nice style or a nice outfit but I don't think it is quite right for them. I don't want to hurt them, but I won't lie to them. In the end the lie can hurt more.

I'm always honest but tactfully. If an outfit is weird, I'd say, "what about that thing you wore the other day. You really looked great in it" or with hair do "I really liked your hair when you did it certain way when we went to that concert" You get the idea. I wouldn't want to hang out with someone I thought was in a horrible outfit or ugly messed up hair. but wouldn't want to hurt people's feeling either. :)

No. I don't think my opinion on such things matters. I would rather not be asked.

I used to be honest, but people dont like an honest opinion. Like the other day, my colleague was wearing yellow colored HIGH HEELS and they looked awful - which i told her. She didnt like it one bit and seemed angry on me. But even a fake compliment makes them feel good about u!

I will definitely let you know if it doesn't flatter you. But I will be very gentle about it.

We should all be more honest to help others who are truly trying.
