When I am angry I am focused, logical and I direct my anger at the cause. My aim is to stop the cause of my anger and then to let it go. Psychotic just doesn't work for me.

My hubby and I where fighting one day, when he called me a psycho b*i*t*c*h from hell, it stopped me cold I looked at him laughed and said I like that can I use it he laughed said it's all yours baby. (fight forgotten) so yes I am lol.

I don't get angry very often but when I do I see red. I see what I'm doing but I cant control the words or the actions... Its like watching a movie... I see whats happening but I can't do anything about it.

Yes i throw things around the house. I have even grabbed my guy and shook him to make a point. well, when he makes me really mad i just try to wap him!

define psychotic but not in my definition. Anger is more of a neurotic reaction. Psychotic is axe murdering people. Neurotic is looking silly!

I am not angry often, BUT when I am... I punch myself in the head, throw things. I slam doors, stomp around. I get really worked up and my face gets red, I scream and my teeth are clenched. I slam my fist into things and swear. You don't want to see me when I am angry. If that is psychotic, then my answer is yes.

I laugh and shout and get the "crazy eye" People have told me I look scary. and even that they didnt know that I was upset until the harsh sarcasm came into play.

Yes. I don't get angry easily but when I do, I have the thoughts and I want to do things I would soon regret.
