Are you sorry yet that Obama was elected president?

I did not vote for him so I have nothing to be sorry for I am pulling for him because after all what else can I do? I am stuck until the next election. By the way I am an independent who wanted Hillary to win.

Although I am not exactly happy with his performance; and am critical of his apparent socialist style, I am much more at peace with him in the Whitehouse than I ever would have been with McCain/Palin, what a joke. Plus he is head and shoulders above that mental midget and his evil sidekick who preceded him.

What's to be sorry about? That is how our system works. I have major concerns over his policies and how our Republic continues to be slowly destroyed. It is clear that some of the people who have made comments don't have a clue of what our government system is. I am not blaming Obama-nation for this. It started long before our current President. He is just speeding up the process.

I feel sorry for the people who haven't. If people were smart they wouldn't have voted for him in the first place. Im not racist I seriously dont like what hes doing in that leather chair of his.

yep didnt vote for him and still dont like him but the change word caught people attention and the country is not improving it just looks a little better right now because of the stimulous and it wont last heavy taxes are bout to be in place to pay for them.

I voted for Obama, but I have some buyer's remorse. I'm somewhat alarmed that the unemployment rate keeps going up (even though I am lucky enough to have a job -- for now). I also think some of the things he is doing are stupid -- like putting a tax on sugar, for example. Are you kidding me?

I honestly don't think we would be in any better shape if we elected McCain, though. So I wouldn't say I'm sorry that he was elected President. I'm sorry he's not turning out to be as good as I'd hoped.

I was sorry when he refused to prove he's a U.S. citizen by birth. It really started snowballing for me when he started getting all the socialist agenda passed taking over banks and automakers. Now this carbon tax punishes you for even being a U.S. citizen. The tax payers are burdened enough with lost jobs and homes to add more fuel to the fire with more taxes, you won't see it (carbon foot print tax) taken out of your paycheck because it comes out before you get yours. To add more misery to the equation the energy price hikes from local utilities will sky rocket.
It doesn't make much sense to think that 300 million paying for carbon global warming will off set what 3 billion people in China, India and Pakistan, who won't be participating in this non sense, are doing will equal a balance.
