Husband is asleep. It's pouring down rain, kids are off with their significant others and I am sitting here beside my cat surfing questions on EP. What a life!

I always try to...Thank you for reminding me. It's good to be alive. I have all my children and I still have a husband. As well as the cat. who by the way. rules this household. She tells me when to feed her, when to let her out and even when to let her in. I am blessed. I mean that from my heart.

I chose to be alone....all my friends think I am somewhere else. Not antisocial, but it's kind of cool to just gather your own thoughts and be able to decipher what needs to be done to make the year positive without the monotonous New Year cliches and drunken rhetoric spewing from the person you least wanted in your space.
