Are you still friends with any of your childhood friends?

I've managed to lose contact with all of mine, except my cousins. I guess moving to another state can cause that.

Is This A Good Question? (3)

Yes, only one and his name is Joe. B we were next door neighbors and I remember walking to kindergarten with him. Imagine still being friends with someone from that far back in your past. When we were in our 20's Joe B tried to get a little sexy and romantic. I turned him down because I knew if we started dating and it didn't work out the wonderful friendship we shared since childhood would be ruined. He is like my blood brother I didn't want to lose that. I'm thankful to have a friend like him

Nope. Occasional chatting on face book but even that doesn't really happen since I hate facebook.

Not really. I'm down to the last one or two. There's one I saw 7-8 years ago when I went to his mother's funeral. Another HS friend I see occasionally at family gatherings. But we have so little in common. I've gone back to school, gotten an education up through a Masters, pursued interests that seem boring or even presumptuous to them— and frankly, the things we once had in common now bore me. . . So I've begun to avoid those situations.

I totally understand the boredom part. That's the way it is, though, as we go down life's highway. Our experiences make us lose old friends and find new ones.

Yes, two of my oldest friends I've had for 23 odd years. When we lost touch during High school( I moved 400km away) we reconnected on facebook.

I suppose facebook may have one or two redeeming qualities - but they're very tough to find.

That's cool. I'd love to find some of my better friends from back when but I've never managed to track them down. I've tried, with phone books and with the Internet.

Only one, honestly. The rest are Facebook friends only. But my best friend from junior high and high school is still a good friend and visits me about once a week to this day. :)
