Feet gross me out, and mine are super extra ticklish so I really wouldn't know since I don't just randomly touch my feet.

I have always obsessively taken care of mine. They must be soft, polished and moisturized. Why? I do not know. It is a must.

Badger Balm for hands -- but I use it on my feet. The one made for feet smells like mint and I hate the smell of mint.

Soft feet are not very practical. When i was a kid in Turkey i played football in the streets with the locals bare foot. They were fine while my feet were bleeding. I went through a weird obsession of trying to toughen my feet up and make them hard lol so no there not very soft.

My real foot is soft, I think it's because I always wear shoes. Going barefoot would damage my fake foot.

You nailed it, probably because you wear sock and shoe on the real one. That would make sense.
