Yes they are. My daughter works for me and her 8yo daughter is off this week for fall break. She came to work with her mom and is sitting at the small conference table here in my office playing on my laptop. I will be joining her shortly. They light up a room when they come in .

Yes they are I have 6 and another on the way. What is so nice is that you can love them lots and when you are tired it is so good to hand him/her back to the mother/father. I could not do that with my four,just had to stick it out,they were mine.

oh only the first one matters and it is so annoying to have to be there and help them and I really have nothing left and I just feel like it is a big pain in my *** that one more of my kids expects me to put forth the effort to be a grandparent. I'll pretend I care." At least this is what I have observed from everyone I am close to, and I think every grandparent secretly feels that way. i kind of don't really believe you. I just can't believe anyone is really like that. if you are ebing honest you are probably in the 10% of good people left in the world. Otherwise: "congratulations! what a blessing!"(insert generic societally-expected compliment)
