if people ask you all the time to fix a leak or anything that is not on your work order, would you just do it for free, and give them the material for nothing if its cheap ? or do you think its a waste of time and money ? when these "little extras" i like to call them, only take 5 or 10 minuets to fix, do you think its the right thing to do ? do you think (what goes around comes around) ? or do you think, (nobody does me any favors, so why should i ?)

If your business model can afford it, then do it. Yes, "what goes around comes around".

If you can't, then tell them you're trying hard to make ends meet and you'd appreciate an opportunity to offer the service to them for an extra... whatever... to cover costs... whatever you think you need.

Be honest and upfront.
Keep in mind, some people are just greedy and will try to play you. Others won't.
