As a tourist in a city would you hire a small electric car with GPS tour for $30 1st hour then $20 hr after?

Thinking of offering tourists the option to hire a small electric car (two pedals - accelerate and brake) This is a fully enclosed car - with full GPS triggered tour of sights built in.
This is a zero emission - "green" eco friendly car. Recharged by wind turbine created electricity.
Car has top speed of 45mph and max distance of 50miles range. Would you hire one of these if it was unique, had free parking and let you leave car with GPS to get more info at certain sites? Cost would be $30 for 1 hour and then maybe 15-20$ each additional hour or a cost for day. Would you pay this amount or be prepared to pay more?
Car takes two adults plus two children (cannot take 4 adults) Cars would be branded by various sponsors.
Other tours are available by jump on and off bus at $20 per person or by taxi, walking etc.

Would you like this type of independence for a city based tour - car is half size of a regular car - would require a drivers licence.

I've noticed that most cities are more accessible to pedestrians. So buy a GPS unit and a bicycle and you're good to go.
