    • Customer: "Now what do I do?"
    • Tech Support: "What is the prompt on the screen?"
    • Customer: "It's asking for 'Enter Your Last Name.'"
    • Tech Support: "Ok, so type in your last name."
    • Customer: "How do you spell that?"
