maintain....I'm at a healthy weight and I work out almost every day. I'm pretty happy with where I'm at.
I'm extremely skinny so I want to gain weight. But I only want to gain muscle so I'm waiting until I can start working out seriously which might be years from now :/

Neither. Last time I got weighed I was 183lbs which is only 4lbs more than I weighed when I graduated high school in 1968. I have a fast metabolism :)

Mind you, I'm five four and used to weigh only 75. Not good.
