Asstral projection= mooning a boat full tourists
You may wish to look up the "God Helmet" on YouTube a 7 minute video.
By manipulating the brains activity with electromagnetism, many people have claimed to have experienced out of body experiences, without ever having left the chair.
No, you cannot have an actual out-of-body experience yourself, online. The YouTube video shows how when the brain is stimulated from outside the head (with a field about the strength of a regular hairdryer), people report they see themselves from "the outside", and they have religious experiences of feeling the presence of others in the room with them. >>>>>>> The point of this is, that astral projection CAN be turned on and off, by something actually outside the brain!!!
There's no real proof of it. Seems more likely it is lucid dreaming - where you realise you're asleep and can control your movements. You can achieve this by doing reality checks, for example read a sign, look away and read it again. Do this when you're awake and it won't change but if you've been doing it a while, you might find you do it in your dream and the sign will change, so you know you're dreaming. You can also check time, how your skin feels and other things that seem to vary in dreams.
