If you have enough calcium, vitamin D and other vitamins and minerals in your diet, you should not shrink very much even when others your age start to shrink. Exercise can help, too.
I say 70's.I saw some health show the cartiledge leaves between your spine and the columns collapse u lose about 3_to 4inches
I think it will be 50 +
Apparently it's not automatic at 50 ....

Depends, I suppose, if you have some sort of degenerative disease or not....<br />
