It's rare at your age (and mine) but you should give yourself a check once a month :-)

At your age you should give yourself an exam once a month. I think around the age of 40 is when doctors start to look.

an annual mammogram starting at age 35 should do, unless there is a history of breast cancer in your family. AND DONT SMOKE!

I think the doctor start doing mammograms at age 40 but doctors does breast examination with their hands when a woman reach 30 years old.

Better to be scared by the test on a regular basis than get scared in the old-fashioned way by finding a huge problem with only so many options available.

Be strong. Even though it is not for breast cancer screenings, I do know what it feels like to have to get regular organ screenings for tumors or other unpleasant changes. It is not much fun, but I know that if there ever is something to worry about, we can kill it early because we found it early.
