when it comes to skin health, anything that can keep it healthy should be used as early as possible. Skin is constantly aging, it doesn't just have some magical starting age once you hit a certain age.
I started at 29.. I'm 30 now.. No real difference with a few I've tried but there are a few I love love love!!!
I compared the day creams to the night creams. I tried a vast range of cheaper brands from Nivea, nutrogena, dove to Olay and another I have which was around 50dollars. That was Dr Lewinns anti aging. I found that the night creams worked better during the day. When I wore it to bed I'd wake up (because it seemd like I scrunched up my face when I slept) I looked worse and was actually shocked when I looked at myself first thing. It was awful. So since that bad experience I use nutrogena night cream during the day. Works really well. Smells lovely. The others didn't work. The creams that are over $50, usually work, but there's always 1 that doesn't. Try b4 u buy.
Birth. That way you'll always look like a baby.
They shouldn't, if you want to stay healthy and young then take on a Mediterranean style life or a Japanese one. Eat that sort of food, i.e fish, veges, olive oil, nuts, fruit etc...
don't get too much sun on your face, or use a sunscreen... from when you were young..
Never. Most it's hype, some of it's outright lies, all of it damages a woman's self-esteem.
Age is a reality. Wisdom, laughter and great compassion will help you age gracefully and beautifully.
Never because it as been proved that it does not work.
On Television adverts they use young 30 year olds who would not have any aging problems.
They should try it on someone around 80 years old.
