Besides a big smile, an amazing conversation, and some damn good memories?

Ms Bebe has it right--foot rubs and hugs!

If you mean actual gifts, something from the heart is best--especially if it's clever and well thought out. Perhaps something she mentioned she likes, even if it in passing in a previous conversation (it'll show you were listening and remember her tastes=majorly suave).

Or you could make her something... a song, painting, drawing, mixed tape, anything that shows a little creativity. It doesn't have to cost much--it's the thought that counts.
