Yes you can easily lose that much water weight.

You probably used a different scale or misread the first time.

You may have lost a pound or so of real weight, the rest, I'm sorry to say, was fluid loss.

Our bodies are made up of lots of fluid, drink plenty of water when exercising.
An hour is needed of cardiovascular exercises to obtain effect. In the first 10 to 15 minutes we just loose fluid, after that we start burning calories.

Well at least your losing thats great and your doing something right cause thats a good amount to lose but dont go crazy and end up too thin, just remember to eat healthy and have a treat daily as this is allowed and you also deserve it, with the effort your putting in.

I have a lovely digital scale. I can move it slightly after weighing myself, and alter my weight by three pounds within three seconds, simply by placing the scale on a slightly less level spot on the floor. I have several favorite spots that allow me to lose weight instantly! I also noted that by leaning forward or backward, sometimes I can lose a pound! Isn't that nice?

Water weight & waste. Totally possible, happens all the time. Don't weigh yourself every day. Once a week, before you have eaten or drank anything and after you have pooped and peed.

Anything that leaves the body is a decrease in weight.
