Yes I do agree. There is no point complaining about things and wishing they were different. It is not about what happens to you but what you do with what happens to you. It is what defines a loser with a winner :)
sure...and also it helps if u can identify what upsets u specifically...and search (Google or Yahoo) how others improve these specific issues, and then implement and modify as needed ur own plan to improve these, then that should reduce each stress and move ur life into the happier direction...the internet is such a great resource addressing every situation imaginable

I agree with you; depression even can be a good thing, in that it makes you aware of your pain and it leads you to ways to cope; it puts you more in tune with what you're going through.
