Honey will crystallize after so long. It can be brought back with heat but it's not as good as the original.
Dried cereals, prunes, raisins, dried soup mixes, etc
Sugar, Salt. Soy Sauce pasta.
vinegar does evaporate. Honey on the other hand has be found that is over 500 years old and still good

Does Olive oil spoil :o? or Karo Syrup?
all oils turns rancid eventually, Karo syrup I believe does break down
