break a raw egg into a glass of milk beat it and drink it down in one go. works everytime.
Beef two minute noodles still in the broth. Beef ramen is even better, but the two minute noodles are easier
when u get up.. take a small peg of whisky neat or with ice.. take rest for like 15 to 30 min and then brush well and take a shower... u'll be as fresh as a flower...
