Best Organic diets?

Im looking to switch to an organic diet, any suggestions? I'm a runner so good health is essential!

Keeping a balanced diet full of Fruit, Vegies, Animal and Plant Proteins and well as Wholegrain Carbs is almost always the best way to go for everyone. To switch up and start getting some of those fresh foods organically - I go to the local farmers market and get what I can there, then shop a little at the health food shop, a little at the local fruit and veg shop, before getting the standards I can't get elsewhere from the supermarket.... Finding a local farmers market is the best way to not only get the organic, freshest food, but also the cheapest way to go, and helps out your local economy as well. Good luck with it! :-)
