French toasts are really not bad at all if prepared only with the white portion of the egg. Add some maple syrup to that and you've got yourself a healthy breakfast full of proteins!<br />
As for the best thing I ate today, it was Thai chicken mixed with steamed vegetables, rice and cashew nuts. Delicious and healthy :)
