It's kinda like this. Every day you put it off might be the difference between living a good life and dying.

I refuse to get tests done, I cancelled my Colonoscopy, also cancelled my surgery for the gallstone, for the gallstone he said if I did not have any pain then no surgery need to be done. for the blood in my urine I've had that for years, I'm not dead yet! I'd have to be on my death bed before I'd go to a hospital. trust me.....

change your diet and take a stool softener. maybe you are not eating the right things.

try one of those colon cleanser things and 'clean out your plumbing' and see if that helps. they have all kinds of pills and fluids to take.

Gets tests and treatment for whatever the outcome is. Plus, look at it this way, when you're in that much pain at a hospital, they give you the best drugs known to this planet. If you really won't go in, get prepared for the most excruciating pain you've ever felt. But the hospital will only help you, AFTER they get you high. It's a win-win situation.

Doesn't Canada have free health care? In the U.S. if you do not have health care you just commit a jail-able crime, and you jump to the front of the line...

I am from Canada and do have insurance, that isn't the problem , I've had surgery before , they had a hard time waking me up, plus the killing of my father which was proven in court, I'll pass on tests. and if it happends die at home.

Whoa serious stuff going on in your background...but still that is some serious pain to be dealing with. You should at least take the necessary precautions in case things go south, but dealing with the pain over a past experience, just does not sound logical..

none of these things are good alone, much less all together. See a Dr. have tests, get better. It's a much better choice than the alternative.

You might want to consider relenting. You sound like you could be in pretty bad shape. If you get help now, you'll probably get better. Without the proper tests the doctors might treat you for the wrong thing, making you even sicker.

Well I had blood in stools and was coughing blood up. I was gonna wait, but the missus said I should go to the GP's. Long story short, it turned out to be a stomach ulcer, which I take one tablet a day now. Ok now

I wasn't trying to say that. The symptoms are not the same. I meant I didn't know what was up with me, I wasn't scared or anything , but it wasn't has serious as I thought. Blood in urine is probably a kidney complaint,or like you say, gall stones which can be painful if you leave them
