Buy real food. Once they cut something up for you and remove the fat it's not real food anymore and doesn't behave like real food.
Lower temp in the oven, I'd try. How are you using it? It should melt if you bake it, but if you're broiling it would brown. The shredded stuff also tends to disappear if you're mixing it into something. If possible, try using it in the microwave.
is it low-fat? or the oven's too high.<br />
not a fan of low-fat cheeses. it's ok in milk, but cheese needs to have a certain texture.
