Cab you give me a list of good things about being an adult please?

I meant "can" by the way.
Being an adult may have sounded fun back in the day but it sure as hell doesn't seem very fun now. I'm graduating soon and I feel like I have nothing to look foward to.Plus in today's economy, I'll probabaly be living with my dad until i'm 40.

Is This A Good Question? (8)

do what you want when you want
have responsibilities (yes, it's a good thing)
    able to vote
    able to drink
    able to smoke
(if you want to do any of the 3 above)
    able to marry
people treat you with more respect
people treat your opinions with more respect
people involve you in adult activities, restaurants, late nights out, etc
watch all the 18 cert and xxx you want (or not)
    secrets are actually interesting
your mind opens to new way of thinking
    you mind opens..
    you get real money
    you get your own place
wandering around the house naked is fun and not "oh my god what if someone sees me/us" scary

    many more...

Well, first of all, when I was your age I was still about 10 years away from adulthood.

    But...to answer your question

    1. You make less mistakes.
    2. You get to decide how much of your childhood to drag along and how much to leave behind.
    3. You get to be the result of your OWN choices and not someone elses.

Everyone has their own opinion. It's important to decide whether you want to learn from happy people or unhappy people. ;-)

I haven't found much fun about it yet, besides much more freedom, but with that comes a lot more responsibility

Sex sex sex, the easy way of people with experience and no rules and boundaries, the honesty of no expectation, how I keep getting more and more sexual and free in expression!

But rest your worries, everyone is going thru a lot right now, lucky to have ppl to care for you, you will pay it back someday!

You get to do all the things you weren't allowed to do as a child. Choose your own clothes, go to bed late, be friends with who you like, leave food you can't stand, stay out late, bin awful presents you don't like and never use, and you may even get to tell other people what to do. Oh, and you don't get grounded.... ever again!

Kids see all the toys adults have. They don't see the bills for them though.
