Calling all men: What are MUST haves to put in a tackle box?

I'm gettin my daddy a new one for the holiday and I want it to be fully loaded stocked and ready to go! So besides the obvious-- extra line, sinkers, bobbers, hooks-- but what else?

I'm south east NC and a girl, so-- I dont know. :P I used to catfish with a man friend of mine once in a while, but you know-- night fishing.... ;)

one of those all in one pliers in a holster he can put on his belt . a small first aid kit . a LED flashlight . does he have a water resistant vest with lots of pockets

A knife, and one of those de-hooking pliers. I think a pair of magnifier reading glasses would be helpful too.
