I got a hamster for my son a few months ago. It's a male russian dwarf...can I add a mouse to his cage or will they fight? And yes, I'm googling it, but I thought maybe someone might already know. I've done more research and found that hamsters are viciously territorial...so...no mouse.

I think my hamster swings both ways... and by that I mean multiple species of gerbils and small action figures...
I am certain they can live in the same cage.
How long they will live is, of course, another matter entirely.

No way, even two male mice put in the same cage can kill each other.

Till one eats the other they can live very nicely in the same cage.

No and you might want to tell that dumbass on here who keeps correlating hampsters with cheese. Hamsters don't eat cheese!!!! Wtf?
