Yes always but only f they are truly willing to make the change themselves. I did and still am everyday. I'm in the process of going trough a change to become a better person. The person just has to be willing to identify there flaw or problem adress is and work at it. As long as its for the better. Yes change is possible

How?, Is real simple . I continued to fall backwards for decades in a lifestyle that should've killed me in year one of my intodiction. GOD was the only way I managed sobriety. I know it sounds so cliche', but its true. I was an Atheist / Agnostic when I made futile attempts at getting clean. It wasn't until I accepted GOD and surrendered all my pain and will to HIM, then I became sober. I used to just cringe at the mere meantion of HIS name. Now, I am desperately seeking what my purpose is for this life. The transformation of my character isn't complete, for I am still flawed and learning. However when you ask if people can change, two years ago I would've answered "NO!"
