    First, you need the shirts. Then you need to know what you want on them. How are you putting the designs on the shirts? Air brush? Iron-on transfers? Are you going to use popular sayings or make up unique sayings of your own? Make a few samples and then find your market. Are you going to sell them in bulk, or custom made to order? What about advertising? Get a web site?
