1) Don't eat "meals" per se, but rather "pick" all day if you like<br />
2) Any thing that gets your metabolism up; Hot peppers, coffee, etc...<br />
3) High carb food during the day, less as you get near bed time<br />
4) Eggs...Eggs have a particular enzyme which attacks fat cells, especially in the stomach area....You can even demonstrate this cooking greasy chopped meat in a pot....If one day you throw chopped meat in a pot, as it cooks, the grease begins to pour out....Pop about 2-3 even 4 eggs in the pot and keep stirring...<br />
Pretty soon that meat is as dry as 80 year old breast milk on your granny....<br />

u cant but u can trick it into consuming less use a smaller plate eat half of whats on it then save the rest fo a couple hours down the road when your blood sugar is low cut back maybe a l00 cals a day until u hit a maintenance level of twelve to fifteen hundred cals a day and work out above all be patient and love yourself
Uh, no. You can get some form of legal speed that is nothing like the old timey speed for dieting in the 1970s and 80s. Some people have success with this newer drug. <br />
I wish I could give more advice than the old recommendations of a good diet, exercise, and adequate sleep.
Many people who feel the desire to eat a lot are eating more because their body is telling them they need more nutrients.<br />
This happens when the persons diet is calorie rich but vitamin and minerals poor. If you have such a poor diet you should either change it to eat foods with more vitamins and minerals or take vitamin and mineral supplements. <br />
Also some people are not eating enough protein in their diet. Lean red meat can cause one to feel full and satisfied longer. So aim for a diet f lean meat and fresh varied salads and or vegetables.
Fortunately, our bodies aren't as stupid as we are. Learn to eat healthy, not eat nothing.
Like I just said, eat healthy. If you starve yourself your body will just give out on you in other ways. You have to make a lifestyle change, and it's going to be hard. You have to want it bad enough. Make small changes and they will snowball into big changes.
Why would you want to do that?
Start transitioning to high bulk, low calorie foods as "filler" for when you're hungry, like salads and veggies.
Start to scale back the amount you eat at every meal. Eventually your body and mind will start to adjust. There is no fast way to do things, especially when it comes to our bodies.
