Whoa...I can write 2 pages on this one....
No one will read it tho

However....Here's some KEY things:

1) Don't eat "meals" per se, but rather "pick" all day if you like

2) Any thing that gets your metabolism up; Hot peppers, coffee, etc...

3) High carb food during the day, less as you get near bed time

4) Eggs...Eggs have a particular enzyme which attacks fat cells, especially in the stomach area....You can even demonstrate this cooking greasy chopped meat in a pot....If one day you throw chopped meat in a pot, as it cooks, the grease begins to pour out....Pop about 2-3 even 4 eggs in the pot and keep stirring...

Pretty soon that meat is as dry as 80 year old breast milk on your granny....

This concludes my message...:)

There actually IS a way to fool your body into not feeling hungry:

Hunger gets stimulated by a "sugar drop" in your blood! The sugar drop occurs when one eats sugary foods (duh!) of other types of foods that are high in carbohydrates.

Here is a classic example that worked for me:

When I used to eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast, it was high in carbs. About 10:30 or 11AM, I felt STARVED and couldn't wait to load up with food at lunch time.

Now, if I were to eat eggs, in something like an omlette, I was able to eat a 3-egg omlette -- and because there was NO sugar drop, I not only didn't get super-hungry by 10:30 or 11AM, I literally felt much less starved when lunchtime came around.

As an alternate, but not recommended: If I did NOT eat breakfast (and didn't give my bloodstream a chance to have a sugar drop), I could almost go without lunch!!!

I leave this to you to consider what I have just written. It's absolutely true!

Cheers,
P.S. When I was in college, and used to eat a lot over a given weekend, I used to fast on Mondays with only water and, say, coffee -- not only was I NOT hungry on Tuesdays, but it was almost hard to eat on Tuesday mornings! (I used to say that my stomach had shrunken.)

Uh, no. You can get some form of legal speed that is nothing like the old timey speed for dieting in the 1970s and 80s. Some people have success with this newer drug.
I wish I could give more advice than the old recommendations of a good diet, exercise, and adequate sleep.

Many people who feel the desire to eat a lot are eating more because their body is telling them they need more nutrients.

This happens when the persons diet is calorie rich but vitamin and minerals poor. If you have such a poor diet you should either change it to eat foods with more vitamins and minerals or take vitamin and mineral supplements.

Also some people are not eating enough protein in their diet. Lean red meat can cause one to feel full and satisfied longer. So aim for a diet f lean meat and fresh varied salads and or vegetables.

Fortunately, our bodies aren't as stupid as we are. Learn to eat healthy, not eat nothing.

I know but there has to be something. . .

Best Answer

Like I just said, eat healthy. If you starve yourself your body will just give out on you in other ways. You have to make a lifestyle change, and it's going to be hard. You have to want it bad enough. Make small changes and they will snowball into big changes.

Best Answer

Why would you want to do that?

Best Answer

Because dieting is hard. . .

Best Answer

Start transitioning to high bulk, low calorie foods as "filler" for when you're hungry, like salads and veggies.

Start to scale back the amount you eat at every meal. Eventually your body and mind will start to adjust. There is no fast way to do things, especially when it comes to our bodies.

Best Answer

eat healthy and drink a lot of water

Best Answer

Drink water to feel full. Your stomach feels full when it feels heavier so eat nutrient dense foods as opposed to empty calories and avoid stuff that causes a surge in sugar levels

Best Answer

By eating then it won't think you will need to eat... Eat stay healthy

Best Answer

Your body will react strongly if you don't. It doesn't "Like" To be Tricked.
