    Men set the salaries. There is no valid justification for it. It's an unwelcome remnant of the past.

    This is my honest opinion. You don't have to like it. Blowing c0ck is very degrading and since so many women are willing to do that then how on earth do they expect equality in the workforce?!

    Because men believe that women should not work and want to discourage them from leaving the home. Second because they believe that women are inferior to men and can never work as hard or do as good a job as men. Third because they are cheap b*stards and will take advantage of any opportunity to reduce their labor costs. You can probably think of some more.
