Can anyone explain why Quicken will not download all of the transactions from my bank - it skips some....?

Every month, the same transactions are skipped and then I have to go through the whole statement transaction by transaction and see if something is missing - it is driving me crazy - and I don't know who else to ask.... (I hate automated phones at the bank plus they don't know anything about Quicken, necessarily).

Quicken is stealing your money and sending to a bank account in the Grand Caymens.

Didn't Enron use Quicken?
