Can anyone suggest any good songs from the 80's or 90's?

I want to add some songs to my ipod from itunes player but I can't think of any good rock songs or songs from the 80's and 90's that I used to love to listen to. Please help!

This is real late 90's, but Iris by goo goo dolls will rip your heart out. Those are some of the big ones.
