    Nope - I've never run farther than 6 miles. (and I've eaten way more than 800 calories of oreos at times in one sitting!)

    Depends on what else you eat. I have fast food all the time and don't exercise but I'm still in shape with no health issues, but that is just how my body works. Some have systems which maintain their calories and buildup fat. Simply put it, do what you want. If you feel like your getting fat from mini oreos and want to lose weight then run. If you don't, whatever.
