Can I get housing asistance if I live in another state from my husband who is active duty navy?

Is he deployed? His BAH (or whatever the Navy term is) should be an allotted amount. If you are separated (divorcing), he should be sending you a certain percent. If you just choose to live elsewhere that is up to you and him to decide how much you each get.

His name needs to be on your lease or whatever for him to get extra BAH. He might have to send you the money, or hopefully you guys have an account together. Course then we're getting into other things like how you're getting the money from the Navy Federal, blah blah blah.

But basically, yes lol. But HE has to ask someone how to go about it. It may seem like something you don't wanna bring up/bother him with, but he's the only one who can find out.
