I'm 23 and I have recently noticed grey hair on my head. I dont want to be stuck dying them so early. Is there a way for me to stop or slow the process down?

I've read that the mineral ' copper ' you get from health food shops is good for preventing this, though I have never seen any. You see jars of tablets by the ton for iron pills

I think you can slow its greyish activity by using henna mixed hair oil at least once in a week. Don't do any colouring it spoils your entire hair health and even your face also get spoiled.

Stop it? I don't think so. Mine started when I was 19. You just have to color it or live with it
