    You can be sure that they haven't looked yet since you still have access to your 'puter.
    Just ask for help from any guy with a wife. They (we) are adept at hiding our web tracks.

    It depends how much effort they put into finding out vs how much effort you put into hiding your tracks.

    If you're both doing very little, then they will easily be able to see.

    If you take the strongest measures, then you can hide your tracks (from your parents, if not others), but its a lot of work.

    Don't forget to clean your browser history. As long as they won't dig deeper, you should be ok with just that.

    They can always check your search history, but most browsers now have an option for as secret search or not to keep any search history which will automatically clear your history each time you close the browser. the only problem with that is they may ask why you chose that option !!

    Of course they can if they have been responsible parents. They have your best interests at heart. It does not mean that they are snooping on you re "dodgy websites". There are so many people out there who are not what they pretend to be.
