Can people be biologically programmed to be Night Owls? Or are there circadian rhythms just messed up?
I'm very curious to know if certain people can be more prone to be *Night Owls* rather than *Morning Larks*. I've always been sort of a Night Owl, and I've tried to reset my clock but I always end up back to my old cycle. I read some article that said children with high IQs grow up to be night owls... which I don't totally believe. Is there any other science on this? Id like to know why I have such a tendency to stay up late.
