If smoking is a problem, there's always the option of eating it in all kinds of foods. Or vaporizing it.

I have a heart problem, and i smoke weed..

no.,the weed did not cause the heart problems..they were there for a long long time before i started smoking my grass..if anything, it keeps my heart rate down to normal, better than the heart med did.

Weed can lower one's blood pressure, so, if you have a partially blocked artery, the lower pressure may not pump your blood strongly enough to pass through the blockage, in which case you might faint or worse yet, experience a mild heart attack.

True, the weed can actually save your life, since it gives you a warning regarding partial blockages. It saved mine some 12 years ago.

If you live in a state like Ca you can always call a doctor who does the prescriptions and ask very specific questions about it... they support the medical use of it and will give you the strait facts.

It's always better to vaporize rather than smoke with heart problems or without.

I would vaporize or use edibles. Avoid actual combustion.
