Can someone be morbidly obese,AND fat and jolly?

I have never seen anyone morbidly obese be jolly. And yes I have seen morbidly obese people--I live in ohio.

yes the morbidly obese is just a medical term... and i suspect it will be changed soon.

YES

I have seen this often in my line of work, There is usually a therapist involved because the *jolly* part of an obese person is a mask for a much deeper and sadder part of there life.
