Have your partner suckle you about 6 times per day, for 15-20 minutes each breast. That includes at least one during the night. Yes, that means a lot of togetherness! It's time consuming. It's also bonding to be that close to someone you love for that long.

It takes something like between 1-3 months of doing this.

We did it 4 years ago, and it was well worth the effort!

BTW, your breasts will get sore. Both from the suckling which they are not used to, from the growing milk ducts getting ready to lactate, and from rawness of the nipples. The last one is helped greatly by the use of olive oil on the breast. BTW, don't use anything on your breasts not suitable for human consumption.

there is no special technique, But its actually your wish that will make you lactate so:
1. Love your husband /partner immensely and think about feeding your milk to him. this thought process will automatically do all what is needed for lactation.
2. Eat a well balance diet.
3. be together for more and more time in romantic mood and allow her to suckle your breast as much as possible.
4. One the milk starts in small quantity, continue the practice till it reaches the desired volumes (max 400 ml per day from both the breast)
5. continue being together till you wana lactate.
6. be cool and happy, and don't share such relation secrets as it will make you feel guilty.

You need to massage it (search 'marmet technique), and get suckled or pump regularly several times a day. Research 'protocols for induced lactation... it requires lots of perseverance... good luck :)
