    Yes it took months of mental discipline, dedication and training and I finally quit.

    Only recently did I come close to a relapse .. I now drink lots of alcohol to make sure I stay on the path.

    Yeah, but I'd be kind of tired for the first few days. Caffeine and sugar withdrawals.
