That's if the tow truck pick it up because it's broken down and you did tell the car lot people about this problem before it occurred?

    If your car breaks down, you are responsible for having it towed or removed from the premises. Your car dealer is not responsible for that. You could also leave a note on your car saying that it is broken down and you will be coming back for it.
